In his lecture, he will trace his research journey focusing on graphene, the material for which the prize was awarded to thim. While it is the thinnest possible material — just one atomic plane of carbon atoms — graphene has revealed extraordinary properties that have captured the attention of scientists worldwide. He will explain why this material has generated such excitement and discuss its potential to advance various technologies.
