The third conference promoted by I.S.E.O had Franco Modigliani, Nobel Laureate in Economics 1985 and founder of I.S.E.O, lecturing on “New economy and New Welfare”. The seminar was held in Iseo, Brescia, on the 7th April 2000 and featured Nicola Tognana, chairman of the Venetian Industrial Association, as discussant.
